These terms and conditions of use are in addition to the licence agreement you must agree to before you install any MLtek product. If any section of these Terms and Conditions conflict with a specific software products licence agreement or terms of use then it shall be deemed that which ever one benefits MLtek more will take precidence. MLtek will be granted the right to override this and choose which sections of which set of terms or licence apply in any situation.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to to view the Mltek's web site in a web browser for direct viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You accept that every computer system in the world is different and MLtek cannot in any way guarantee that our products will always perform perfectly. What's more, you accept that our software is built on top of several other software layers, and that a fault in an underlying layer (e.g. the .Net Framework, OS, etc.) can potentially cause the undesirable operation of our software. You agree that in this instance your remedy is to seek redress with the provider of the underlying software layer. You agree to maintain up to date backups of any data that our products interact with and are prepared to restore them to your live system to rectify any issues which may occur. You agree to not hold MLtek or any other related parties liable for any damages how so ever caused resulting from the use of one of our software products.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Mltek or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mltek's Internet site, even if Mltek or a Mltek authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
